Need help choosing stack for: real-time collaboration on structured documents

I need multiplayer editing with offline tolerance for a small team tool. Leaning toward CRDTs but unsure between Liveblocks, Yjs self-hosted, or rolling a lighter sync layer on Postgres. Happy to share constraints: max 20 concurrent editors, mobile web matters, budget is indie-scale.
