On productivity: time-boxing deep work before support

Support and Slack were eating my mornings. I'd plan to code, answer five messages, and lose two hours context-switching. Now support opens at 11am. Mornings are blocked for build work—calendar invite, phone on silent, no exceptions unless production is down. Afternoons are for users, calls, and admin. Output doubled in the first month. Users waited a few hours for replies and nobody churned over it. Boundaries made me faster at both jobs.
