On tools and processes: my weekly planning stack

Notion for roadmap, Linear for tasks, calendar for time blocks—too many places. I consolidated to one weekly doc: goals, tasks, metrics snapshot, customer notes. Sunday: write the week's one ship goal and three tasks max. Daily: check doc, not twelve tabs. Friday: log what shipped and one learning. The stack matters less than the ritual. One doc I actually open beats a perfect toolchain I ignore.
